Role Overview

eClerx is looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcing Specialist responsible for identifying and attracting qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels. The role will focus on strengthening the employee referral program, social media recruitment initiatives, vendor partnerships, and sourcing analytics to support hiring requirements across the organization.

This position plays a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, improving sourcing strategies, and ensuring consistent reporting and vendor coordination within the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement activities.

Employee Referral Program Management

  • Manage and promote the company's employee referral program to increase internal candidate referrals.
  • Track referral submissions and monitor program performance.
  • Coordinate referral payouts and maintain accurate documentation of referral hires.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to increase employee participation in referral initiatives.

Social Media Recruitment

  • Support the creation and management of recruitment campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Promote job openings and employer branding initiatives through platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve reach and candidate attraction.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with recruitment vendors and sourcing partners to support hiring requirements.
  • Monitor vendor performance, candidate submissions, and hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure vendors follow company guidelines, processes, and professional standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor activity and performance metrics.

Sourcing Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate and maintain sourcing reports and recruitment analytics including pipeline health, source effectiveness, and hiring metrics.
  • Track sourcing performance across channels such as referrals, job boards, vendors, and social media.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR teams to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Support hiring campaigns, recruitment events, and other talent attraction initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 24 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably within the BPO or shared services industry.
  • Proven experience managing employee referral programs and recruitment vendors.
  • Experience using social media and digital platforms for talent sourcing.
