Talent Partner who wants to redefine the hospitality industry. You will spearhead our high-volume recruiting efforts globally, working closely with key internal stakeholders to understand requirements, identify locations of focus, architect robust hiring strategies, and execute plans that will propel our global expansion.
Location: Remote - APAC
What You Will Do
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume positions
- Evaluate and inform prospective candidates about company culture and role fit
- Manage the hiring process through our ATS (Greenhouse) while sharing regular updates with internal stakeholders
- Engage in proactive candidate sourcing and outreach strategies to identify and connect with top-tier talent
- Communicate effectively with candidates, peers, and management to deliver a flawless hiring process and an exceptional candidate experience
- Assist Hiring Managers with interview scheduling and coordination
- Maintain recruitment procedures and stay up to date with leading industry trends within the recruiting, technology, and HR compliance spaces
You'll Succeed With
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in either Talent Acquisition or Agency environment
- Business-level written and spoken English is required
- Experience managing a large volume of openings in multiple global regions
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (Preferably Greenhouse), G-Suite, Slack, Zoom
- Experience in high-volume recruitment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
