Job Description

At Worldwide Resource Solutions, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is central to building our team and driving our success. From sourcing and identifying top candidates to managing the screening and hiring processes, this role goes beyond recruitmentit's about shaping the future of our organization. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, strategic sourcing, and exceptional communication are essential for the Talent Acquisition Specialist to excel and ensure that we bring on board the talent needed to propel our company forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
  • Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals
  • Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind
  • Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates
  • Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers
  • Conduct market research to understand trends in labor workforce, salary, benefits especially in the healthcare and BPO industries
  • Implement DEI and EEO initiatives in the hiring process
  • Comply with DOLE recruiting requirements
  • Knowledge in Recruitment Marketing, using Google Ads and other social media platforms as an additional sourcing channel
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management or any related course
  • At least four (4) years experience in corporate recruiting in the BPO, RPO, healthcare or shared services industries
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Professional credential, a plus
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solution, Boolean and other sourcing methods to proactively source candidates
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Experience in recruitment marketing, graphics design is a plus
  • Articulate and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, organized, and able to work to tight deadlines where required.
  • Highly knowledgeable in MS Office 365 and Google Workspace
  • Must be willing to work in the office at Bridgetowne, Quezon City
  • Must be willing to work during US time zone
