Job Description

Job Summary

HR Specialist handles end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to job offer, creates and executes continuous improvement initiatives, attends BU/project calls to represent recruitment and builds strong relationship with hiring managers with both the local operations and Business Units.

Accountabilities

  • End to end recruitment process: sourcing to job offer;
  • Administer online exams and assists candidates in filling out online application via Workday;
  • Effectively manages applications from different sourcing channels to ensure the utilization of resources;
  • Conducts HR Interviews for rank and file roles;
  • Ensures completion and compliance of pre-employment requirements;
  • Sourcing and marketing: promotes the company effectively to potential candidates and potential hires and create strategies to augment the pool of candidates
  • Project Management: lead BU/projects calls and creates and executes continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Builds strong relationship with hiring managers with both the local operations and Business Units; and
  • Ensures SLA is consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of sourcing experience, preferably from the BPO/Shared Services industry
  • Must have strong skills in sourcing, cold calling, leads generation
  • Knowledge in boolean search is an advantage
  • Experience in end to end recruitment is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to coordinate with local and global operations leaders
  • Proficient in using recruitment tools and MS Office
  • Intermediate sourcing and marketing skills;
  • Basic competency-based Interviewing;
  • Basic behavioral-based Interviewing;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Intermediate problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Basic reporting (MS Excel) and presentation skills (MS Powerpoint)
