You'll work directly with leadership to translate business expansion plans into workforce strategies, design scalable hiring systems, and own the recruitment pipeline from end to end.

Responsibilites:
- Forecast hiring needs based on strategic growth plans
- Define new roles and co-create competency frameworks with department heads
- Design structured, role-specific recruitment pipelines from sourcing to selection
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess alignment, capabilities, and culture fit
- Drive a positive candidate experience while optimizing for speed and quality of hire
- Monitor and report on key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health, source quality)
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment and consistency in evaluations
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Engineering, technical, or analytical background preferred (but not required)
- Strong systems thinker with a process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and consistency
- Comfortable owning the full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in a high-growth environment
- Familiarity with competency design, org planning, or people analytics
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools and recruitment performance metrics
