Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions aligned with business strategy. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across technical and non-technical roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience and efficient hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions (Technology, Corporate, Operations, Sales, etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role fit, competency, and cultural alignment
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
Data, Compliance & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness)
- Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal hiring policies
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and interview practices
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (in-house preferred; agency background welcome)
- Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing skills, especially on LinkedIn and digital platforms
- Experience recruiting for technology / technical and/or IT specialized roles is an advantage
