Purpose of the Role:
Recruitment team provides professional recruiting services for our internal demands and external customers which are top 500 multi-national companies all over the world. The Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting to reach target talents and set up talent database and the other recruitment content of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Set up connections with all kinds of talents for via different of recruitment channel such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet and so on.
2. Maintain and manage talent database, expand, and manage job portals.
3. Sourcing according to client's demands, telephone screening with candidates to assess the qualification of profiles.
4. Work closely with recruitment team members to search qualify candidates for requisition matching from the database.
5. Can work independently with good passion for business cases.
6. Work with internal functions to arrange interview and update progress for internal hiring manager.
7. Other tasks as assigned by the TA Manager.
