The role focuses on attracting high-quality talent for both specialist and managerial positions, managing talent pipelines, and supporting employer branding initiatives. This is a strategic recruitment role that requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent interviewing capability, and the ability to create compelling job advertisements and content for LinkedIn and Facebook.

This opportunity is designed for individuals with established experience in Talent Acquisition, particularly those who are confident in handling specialist through managerial-level recruitment.

Key Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment is essential.
  • Skilled in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean logic, and other advanced search methods.
  • Confident in interviewing candidates across varying levels, including specialists and managers.
  • Strong communication, assessment, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to produce effective job ads and employer branding posts.
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple job vacancies with efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business, or related fields.
  • Comfortable working onsite most days in Quezon City.
