Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team, focusing on Support and Leadership Hiring. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding the hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in sourcing and screening talent but also dedicated to creating a positive candidate experience and building strong partnerships with hiring managers

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a job briefing call with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for support and leadership roles
  • Manage the screening and initial interview process, ensuring candidates are assessed against both technical and behavioral competencies
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to hiring managers and provide thoughtful recommendations to support successful hiring decisions
  • Partner with hiring managers throughout the selection process, offering insights on talent market trends, candidate profiles, and hiring best practices
  • Lead offer management and negotiation, balancing company compensation structures with candidate expectations to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines and continuously improve sourcing and engagement strategies

Qualifications

  • Amenable to work on a fixed-term employment of 6 months
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on support and leadership hiring in a BPO setting (experience in hiring for workforce, quality, and training roles are preferred but not required)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Knowledgeable in using Workday as an ATS
  • Knowledgeable in doing boolean/X-ray search and utilizing the LinkedIn Premium service (preferred but not required)
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid work set-up (Mainly in Global One, Eastwood, QC) and on a dayshift schedule
