As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to support the firm's growth. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline. This includes building and maintaining partnerships with schools and universities to strengthen campus recruitment initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach to candidate engagement and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or professional services setting
• Strong sourcing skills using various platforms (job boards, social media, networking)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work independently
