As a
Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial part in the team as a key player in our recruitment process - you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to fill a variety of roles within our
organization.
What you'll be doing:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their manpower needs and challenges
- Achieve hiring key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to help improve the hiring process and the candidate experience
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process
- Provide candidates with timely feedback and updates on their application status
- Maintain accurate Applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring trackers
- Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
- Serve as an HR Business Partner to designated departments, providing HR guidance and support to drive organizational effectiveness and achieve business objectives
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Achieve or exceed targets and key objectives assigned by your Line Manager
- Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 2-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Ability to create basic reports to enable informed decision-making
- Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, time-to-fill, and other relevant metrics
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
