A Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for promoting a strong employer brand and ensuring efficiency in hiring and placement. This role partners with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs. Moreover, the Talent Acquisition Officer acts as point person for all employee concerns and assists in the prompt resolution of requests and questions, especially those related to talent acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any related course
- With at least 3-year experience in talent acquisition
- Knowledgeable in HR-related tools (e.g. applicant tracking system, HRIS)
- Preferably with certification in human resources or recruitment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in Microsoft and Google products
