Location: Remote

Full-Time retainer contract

MUST be flexible to work across multiple timezones

5-7 days a week as needed during busy periods.

Requirements

Who You Are:

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of HR leadership, policy development and/or management experience
  • 2-4+ years in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
  • Must be comfortable in an Ai-first organization
  • Must have skills in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews using Ai-optimized platforms & processes
  • Strong HR admin skills: management, onboarding, probation tracking, contracts, HRIS upkeep, policy development and implementation, ongoing engagement and performance tracking
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS tools (Workable, Breezy, Lever, Skillspot Ai etc.) and Google Workspace
  • Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable using AI tools for drafting, scheduling, and reporting
  • Great communicator across time zones; thrives in a remote-first environment

What You'll Do:

  • Manage recruitment pipelines: JDs, sourcing, shortlisting, interviews, offers
  • Deliver smooth onboarding & offboarding processes
  • Keep HRIS, contracts, timesheets, and policies accurate and audit-ready
  • Support performance reviews, engagement surveys, and workforce reporting
  • Use automation + AI to streamline workflows and boost efficiency

What Success Looks Like:

  • Implement 80-90% Ai-Only Systems and Processes
  • Fast, high-quality hires (TTF 7 days; Offer Acceptance 80%)
  • Seamless onboarding (checklists completed within 5 days)
  • HR records kept 99% accurate
  • Internal satisfaction 4.5/5

Benefits

Compensation:

  • USD $1000/month for minimum 160 hours
  • KPI Achievement Incentives available from USD $150 - $225/month
