Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing operational support across the talent acquisition process to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. This role manages interview scheduling and logistics, maintains Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accuracy, oversees reporting, and supports the handling of candidate documentation. Role reports to GBS Talent Strategy and Acquisitions Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy, process adherence, and timely status updates.
- Develop, manage, and maintain hiring dashboards and reports to support business and talent acquisition decision‑making.
- Handle candidate documents and ensure compliance with 3M policies, data privacy requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Support process improvements to streamline TA operations and enhance efficiency.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of recruitment workflows.
- Monitor operational metrics and recommend improvements to enhance the overall TA experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. (2-3 years of relevant experience)
- Experience in talent acquisition coordination or HR operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Digital and reporting tools (e.g. MS O365, Power BI, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must have strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in tools/technologies such as Workday, Successfactors, Taleo, etc. would be an advantage
- Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a customer focused environment
