Job Title : SAP Success Factor

Location : Taguig, Metro Manila

Shift Schedule : Morning Shift, 8 am to 6 pm Manila

 Work Setup :Hybrid, 1x a month will follow project schedule

Position Type : 6 Months Contract

Job Description :

• As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities for improvement and value creation.
• This role includes gathering and analyzing high-level requirements and designing effective business solutions that align with organizational goals.
• The position supports transformational initiatives by preparing business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation phases, ensuring that technology and operational models meet business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
• Document and communicate business architecture artifacts to support decision-making.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to enhance business architecture approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with English Language.
• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and analysis techniques.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutions.
• Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Must have and Good to have skills: Very Good Employee Central Experience

Number of years experiences needed: >=5 yrs
