QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's or master's degree in information & communication technology or a related discipline
Many years in SAP environment for min one relevant SAP module SAP FI (m/f/diverse) and in multinational environment
Experience in HR IT focused on SAP, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP
Successful realization of min. 1 global/regional project
Business Process Know-How (Preferred: Experience in the operational business had already as LKU, CKU,...)
Strong background in working with international and cross-cultural teams
MUST/NICE TO HAVE:
With SAP HCM & Payroll modules experience
Required modules for SuccessFactors - LMS or EC.
Preferably w/ ABAP & Fiori background
Not for Consideration
No solid experience in any of the following: SAP HCM/HRIS, SuccessFactors LMS or EC
Current/previous salary is significantly higher than the offer budget (even if negotiable)
Experience is mainly in business process/operations/end-user roles rather than technical/back-end IT work
with reservations on mid/late-shift schedules & holiday works
