Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full cycle recruitment support for assigned functions or business areas within 3M. This role manages the end-to-end hiring process from intake through offer, collaborates closely with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partners, and ensures a strong candidate experience while meeting defined hiring needs and timelines. Role reports to GBS Talent Strategy and Acquisitions Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruitment activities, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation.
  • Screen and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements, business needs, and hiring manager expectations.
  • Monitor and maintain talent pipelines to ensure readiness for current and future hiring demands.
  • Align and collaborate with RPO recruiters to ensure coordinated delivery and consistent recruitment execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the business area or function supported, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Provide market insights, recruitment metrics, and updates to hiring managers and HR partners.
  • Partner with HR, operations, workforce planning, and training teams to align hiring cycles with class schedules and capacity requirements
  • Ensure compliance with 3M policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the broader talent acquisition function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in full cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or shared services environment. (at least 5 years in a TA Account Management Role)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with RPO teams is preferred.
  • Must have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in tools/technologies such as Workday, Success factors, Taleo, etc. would be a strong advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in a customer focused environment.
