We are looking for TALENT ACQUISITION ASSISTANT
The role is mainly responsible for the planning and execution of an efficient hiring and selection process to ensure attraction of the best talents aligned to its business needs.
Job Functions:
- Responsible for ensuring that the requested manpower is aligned to the forecasted headcount and manpower budget allocated per department
- Evaluate and make use of the right recruitment channels to expedite the lead generation and pre screening process per position
- Ensure that the candidates to process, endorse and hire are perfect fit for the role by conducting a calibration discussion with hiring department
- Manage the smooth facilitation of the assessment process which includes conduct of initial interview, facilitation of online exams, endorsement to hiring department, background check and jo issuance
- Conduct profiling and salary analysis to provide a fair rate in consideration to the candidate's skills, work background and internal equity
- Prepares, analyze and present recruitment data to HR manager to closely monitor movement of vacancies
- Engage and establish continuous communication and good work relationships to external and internal partners
- Recommends new trends, techniques and simplify complex steps to improve the entire hiring and selection process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably Psychology, Human Resource Development, or any related course
- With at least 1year experience in end to end recruitment preferably in Headhunting firm, BPO or FMCG Industries
- Has the facility of the English Language both written and verbal
- Has the art of questioning knowledge in Competency Based Interviewing Technique
- Well adept in different sourcing techniques
- Good in basic analytics and report management
- Has the familiarity in ATS
- Can effectively communicate with different levels of employees
- With sense of urgency
- Can work with multiple demands
- Has the leverage to challenge the hiring departments on the manpower requests
