Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager
Responsible for overseeing the implementation of Talent sourcing initiatives and strategies using various channels, ensuring daily service level metrics are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy and a robust talent pipeline readily available based on business requirements.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, etc.) or Business Administration Major in Human Resources, Management, or any related field
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 3 years work experience in high volume sourcing and candidate selection for a BPO company.
Extensive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of omnichannel talent sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and technologies.
Proficiency in data analysis, metrics reporting, and utilizing sourcing analytics to drive insights and improvements.
Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices.
Proficient in applicant tracking, social media and recruitment marketing tools.
Advanced knowledge in interviewing techniques to ensure candidates hired are a fit culturally as well as from a skill perspective.
Excellent stakeholder management,People Management, Leadership and communication skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational strategies with talent acquisition and organizational goals.
Innovative and forward-thinking mindset, staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive recruitment excellence.
