Our
Marketing and Cash Management team is looking for
experienced professionals to join us in
Makati as a
Systems Analyst.
In this role you will serve as the technical and operational lead for integrations, ensuring quality, security, and client satisfaction. You will also manage the end-to-end onboarding of specialized Cash Management solutions, validating all requirements before deployment.

What The Role Will Entail
- Assess and validate integration requirements for complex services
- Collaborate with IT, Product, Sales, and client technical teams to ensure smooth system integration and configuration
- Lead technical onboarding activities including file transmission validation and API connectivity checks
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and integration specifications
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and security standards
- Provide expert guidance to internal teams, support client discussions, and deliver user training
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in either Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Cash Management, system integration, technical implementation, or related functions
- Familiarity with APIs, file formats such as XML, CSV, and ISO standards, as well as data mapping and system connectivity
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to accuracy, client service, and operational excellence
