Help transform how our Finance team works by combining data, process, and technology. We're looking for a Systems Analyst with a strong accounting foundation who can analyze financial processes and deliver innovative, automated solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams particularly Finance and IT to design, test, and implement system enhancements that simplify workflows and strengthen operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, evaluate, and document current Finance and Accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Collaborate with Finance users and IT developers to design and implement system-based solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Prepare business cases, requirements documents, and functional specifications for system development and enhancement.
- Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new or upgraded systems.
- Support system implementation activities, including user training, documentation, and post-deployment review.
- Ensure that system controls and processes comply with financial and accounting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, or related course (CPA is an advantage).
- At least 3 years of experience in a related function (Finance Systems, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement).
- Proficient in MS Visio, Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, such as budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledgeable in process mapping, data flow diagramming, and system documentation.
