IT Systems Administrator
As a core member of our Wintel team in IT Operations group, you will work with dedicated professionals to implement and maintain IT infrastructure components while demonstrating expertise in systems administration and automation.
Your Role
The ideal candidate will contribute to our modern IT practices through infrastructure automation, cloud technologies, and efficient system management.
- Implement and maintain Windows-based infrastructure components
- Manage system configurations and updates using SCCM
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation
- Support DevOps initiatives through Infrastructure as Code implementation using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor system performance and manage capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization
- Support disaster recovery and high availability implementations
- Support AWS cloud service implementations
- Manage system monitoring and alerting systems
- Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure monitoring
- Configure and maintain monitoring metrics and alerts
- Lead medium-complexity projects
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Create and maintain technical documentation
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related hands-on experience in the IT Infrastructure area, with a focus on Windows server and automation.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in IT Operations
- Strong experience with Windows Server administration (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Active Directory and Group Policy
- DNS, DHCP, and file services
- IIS configuration and management
- Windows Server clustering and high availability
- Windows Server administrative best practices and security hardening
- Windows Server backup and recovery
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Experience with SCCM for system management
- 1+ years of AWS cloud platform experience
- Experience with Grafana dashboard creation and maintenance and Prometheus or other time-series databases
