Full Job Description
In this role you will take ownership of demand forecasts, supply planning, purchasing, and inventory management to ensure that inventory is optimised – right amount at the right time at best price.
Supply Planning & Purchasing
Monitor stock levels and manage purchase orders
Coordinate with suppliers and manage order timelines
Support smart, data-driven purchasing decisions
Forecasting & Analysis
Build demand forecasts based on historical data and sales trends
Identify fast-moving and slow-moving products
Prevent stock shortages and overstock situations
Inventory Monitoring
Oversee :600 SKUs
Respond to sales spikes or slow downs and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly
Supplier Coordination
Communicate with suppliers on orders, lead times, and deliveries
Ensure timely fulfillment and resolve supply issues proactively
Reporting & Data Integrity
Maintain accurate system data
Generate reports on stock levels, forecasts, and supplier performance
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance
Align supply plans with business demand
What We're Looking For
At least 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or similar role.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting
Confident communicator (especially with suppliers)
Team player with a proactive mindset
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft D365 F&)) and MS Office Excel
