We are looking for a
detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to support our warehouse-driven e-commerce operations. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, stock monitoring, and system control to ensure smooth product flow and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems
- Monitor stock movement, aging inventory, and discrepancies
- Perform inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and audits
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Purchasing teams
- Prepare inventory and stock reports for management
- Support replenishment planning and inventory forecasting
- Ensure proper SKU setup and inventory classification
- Recommend process improvements to improve inventory efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, IT, or related field
- 15 years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory systems
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Able to work in a fast-paced, warehouse-based environment
