The Supply Chain Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for the brand. This role ensures products are sourced, produced, stored, and delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time while maintaining quality standards. The position works cross-functionally with production, logistics, finance, and sales to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Own and manage the full supply chain process, from sourcing and production through warehousing and distribution
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, and logistics partners
- Plan and forecast inventory to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and out-of-stocks
- Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods
- Support distributor onboarding and ongoing operations, including coordination with U.S. distributors
- Facilitate and support EDI setup, testing, and ongoing maintenance with distributors, 3PLs, and internal systems
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to improve margins and service levels
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, delays, or bottlenecks proactively
- Track and analyze key supply chain KPIs (lead times, costs, inventory turns, fill rates, service levels)
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain strategy with sales forecasts and growth plans
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and scale operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices
