We're looking for a results-driven SEO & Content Growth Specialist to increase qualified website traffic through strategic content optimization and distribution. You'll refine AI-generated content, ensure it ranks and converts, and drive consistent audience engagement across search, email, and social channels.
You'll also take full ownership of the company's monthly newsletter—making sure it's timely, engaging, and aligned with overall marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Content Optimization (Primary Focus)
- Identify high-impact keyword opportunities and competitor gaps using SEMrush to drive organic growth
- Optimize AI-generated content for search intent, structure, and readability to improve rankings
- Enhance titles, meta descriptions, and on-page elements to increase click-through rates (CTR)
- Audit and refresh existing content to boost performance and sustain traffic growth
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement SEO-driven improvements
Content Strategy & Planning
- Recommend data-driven content topics aligned with search demand and business goals
- Prioritize high-intent keywords that attract qualified, conversion-ready traffic
- Align content with real customer pain points and buying intent
- Track and analyze content performance to inform ongoing strategy
Content Distribution
- Repurpose blog content into LinkedIn posts and email campaigns to expand reach
- Drive traffic from social and email channels back to the website
- Ensure consistent and proactive content distribution beyond initial publishing
Newsletter Ownership
- Own end-to-end execution of the monthly company newsletter
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant updates and content
- Write and curate engaging, clear, and on-brand newsletter content
- Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality every month
Qualifications
- Proven experience using SEMrush for keyword research and SEO optimization
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, search intent, and ranking factors
- Experience editing and improving AI-generated content
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a clear, concise, and engaging tone
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect content efforts to traffic and growth outcomes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams.
