Type: Full-time

About Us: Pro Coffee Gear is a fast-growing ecommerce and wholesale distributor of commercial and home espresso equipment. We serve cafés, roasters, restaurants, and serious home baristas with new and refurbished espresso machines, grinders, and accessories from the most respected brands in coffee. We're building a disciplined, data-driven growth engine — and paid media is a critical part of that foundation.

About The Role

We're looking for a Merchandising Manager to own the performance, quality, and scalability of our product catalog across all sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.

In this role, you'll lead the strategy and execution behind how our products are presented, priced, and promoted across platforms. You'll focus on accelerating time-to-market for new listings, optimizing conversion and profitability, and delivering a consistent, high-quality brand experience everywhere we sell.

You'll manage and develop a team while building the systems, workflows, and standards needed to scale efficiently. Success in this role means faster, higher-quality listings, smarter merchandising decisions, and a best-in-class marketplace presence that drives sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Continuously evaluate product competitiveness across marketplaces (pricing, shipping, promotions, value).
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve conversion while protecting margins.
  • Monitor revenue, conversion rates, visibility, and operational performance across all channels.

Merchandising Strategy & Pricing

  • Own merchandising decisions across channels, including pricing, promotions, and discount strategies.
  • Balance revenue growth, inventory targets, and margin goals.
  • Align promotional strategies with marketplace dynamics and overall business priorities.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-6 across listings, content, QA, and catalog operations.
  • Translate strategy into clear priorities, workflows, and execution plans.
  • Create and manage tickets with defined scope, timelines, and success criteria.

Catalog Management & Product Onboarding

  • Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities for marketplace and Shopify launch.
  • Assess demand, competitive landscape, and operational readiness.
  • Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality product onboarding across all platforms.

Performance Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify underperformance, diagnose root causes, and implement improvement plans.
  • Optimize workflows, tools, and processes to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Establish and maintain quality standards across listings, content, and catalog data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in multi-channel e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital merchandising.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Experience with pricing strategy, competitive analysis, and promotional planning.
  • Expertise in catalog and listing management, including quality control and compliance.
  • Proficiency in performance analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience using workflow and ticketing systems to manage execution at scale.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace policies, compliance, and QA processes.
  • Familiarity with SEO and content optimization is a plus

Key Skills

  • Strategic Merchandising & Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Process Optimization & Scalability
  • Execution, Prioritization & Ownership

Benefits

  • Flexible schedule with opportunities for growth and advancement.
  • Fully remote role—work from anywhere.
  • Join a collaborative, international team in a fast-growing company within the specialty coffee space
