Location: Philippines
Work Arrangement: Remote, Fulltime
Shift: 9:00PM - 6:00AM | Monday - Friday
Salary: Php 72,000 - Php 79,000

As a Supplier Operations Specialist, you are the guardian of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. This role is designed for an operational expert who understands that a seamless supply chain begins with data integrity and rigorous compliance. You will act as the vital link between Procurement, Finance, and Legal, ensuring that supplier operations are not only efficient but also scalable and audit-ready for a global stage.

Your Impact

  • Architect of Supplier Enablement: Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, from initial onboarding to master data maintenance. You will be responsible for validating critical documentation-such as W-9/W-8 forms, banking details, and contracts-ensuring every vendor is set up for success within our ERP/P2P systems.

  • Master of Operational Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, resolving complex issues related to invoicing, payments, and system errors. You will navigate internal controls and approval workflows to ensure that every transaction is compliant and transparent.

  • Guardian of Data & Controls: Maintain the highest standards of master data accuracy through periodic audits and reconciliations. By identifying control gaps and recommending process improvements, you play a direct role in reducing organizational risk and enhancing financial security.

  • Cross-Functional Orchestrator: Partner closely with Accounts Payable to streamline payment processes and collaborate with Procurement on sourcing transitions. You will also support Legal and Compliance teams during audits, ensuring all supplier documentation is complete and accessible.

What You Bring

  • The Experience: Proven experience in a SOX-controlled environment with exposure to global vendor management, supplier compliance, or tax reporting.

  • Technical & Process Skills: A strong background in process improvement or automation (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar). You are comfortable navigating ERP systems and have a disciplined approach to documentation.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional operational judgment and risk awareness. You are a clear, professional communicator who can manage high volumes and prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a high degree of data accuracy.

  • Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work seamlessly across departments, specifically with Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams, to drive continuous improvement and standardize operating procedures.
