JOB SUMMARY  

   

The Student Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of managing, nurturing, and converting qualified applicants to enrollees. Their daily execution helps the Institute meet its enrollment targets and uphold its standards of academic excellence. 

  

JOB SPECIFICATIONS  

 

Student Recruitment  

  • Support the Recruitment and Admissions Manager in the delivery of recruitment and admissions services to enable the achievement of enrollment targets. Subsequently, achieve the enrollment targets assigned.  
  • Implement recruitment projects and events. Follow the group's processes to nurture and convert applicants, and coordinate with the Academic Team to support recruitment activities.  
  • Support the implementation of recruitment and admission processes in accordance with the policies and standards of the Institute.  
  • Deliver a customer-focused service to applicants and enquirers, ensuring timely processing of applications and queries to meet agreed targets. Represent the Institute during on/off- campus recruitment events.   

 

Academic and Recruitment Collaboration  

  • Coordinate with other AIM programs and departments, and external recruitment partners such as local government units, alumni, and industry partners.  

 

Sales Data Reporting  

  • Use the identified CRM platform to accurately record, monitor, and manage recruitment activities.  
  • Support the conduct of Last Intake Assessment (LIA) after close of enrollment.   

  

Education: At least bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or Communications. Certificate training in Sales, Negotiation, or related fields is an advantage. 

Minimum Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in Sales or related fields. Experience in Student Recruitment is a plus but not required.
