Fortem Cement Corporation is accepting Student Interns for Business Process who are eager to gain practical exposure to process documentation, workflow analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This internship is ideal for students interested in operations excellence and structured business processes within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and mapping business processes and workflows
• Support data gathering and basic process analysis
• Help prepare process documentation, reports, and trackers
• Coordinate with different departments to understand existing processes
• Support process improvement initiatives and special projects

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related courses
• Internship/OJT-ready student
• Strong interest in business process or operations improvement
• Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
