The intern will work closely with the Business Process team to help map processes, organize operational data, and support initiatives that improve efficiency and systems within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in documenting and mapping business processes and workflows
• Support initiatives that aim to improve operational efficiency and systems
• Help organize and maintain process documentation and operational records
• Assist in gathering and analyzing data for process improvement projects
• Coordinate with various departments to understand and document workflows
• Provide administrative and project support to the Business Process team

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related programs
• Strong interest in business operations, systems, and process improvement
• Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
• Available for a fully onsite internship in Quezon City
