OVERVIEW:
The Structural Engineering Officer will be responsible for the structural analysis, design, evaluation, and construction oversight of Horizontal projects including but not limited to (residential buildings, mid-rise housing, and mass housing projects). This role ensures structural safety, durability, and compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines (NBCP), Philippine Structural Code (NSCP), DHSUD guidelines, and other applicable standards.

Qualifications
- With at least 5 years of experience in handling real estate projects specifically in construction, engineering, residential / mass housing projects and budget management
- Should be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- Preferably a Chartered Quantity Surveyor
- Preferably with Post Graduate Degree (i.e., Master of Science in Urban Planning)
