The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who can manage a project with oversight from proposal phase to construction administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with structural consultants to ensure design execution aligns with project intent, budget, and timelines; oversee billing and deliverables.
- Develop and review structural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural systems and support cross-disciplinary coordination and presentations.
- Conduct technical evaluations, including load calculations, site inspections, safety assessments, and quality control across project phases.
- Support construction activities by supervising site work, attending site meetings, resolving design-related issues, and providing technical assistance during bidding.
Qualifications:
1.Education Background: BS Civil Engineering
2.Professional License: Preferably board passer
3.Professional Experience: At least 5 years in real estate development
4.Knowledge in Autocad, REVIT, Sketchup & Civil 3D
5.Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google applications
