ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Commercial:

  • Develop current strategy concept to a fully working product that is embraced and used successfully.
  • Help clients understand the new product and why it is better for their results.
  • Embrace Data, programmatic and analytics and the impact they all will have on the new planning product over the next three years.
  • Work with office strategy leads to manage strategy resources and ensure adequate levels of billability and utilization.

Service Leadership and Innovation:

  • Manage quality-control and upgrade level and delivery of US team/product.
  • Build a strong reputation for UM as a media innovator and pioneer.
  • Attract, retain, develop and motivate a diverse group of talented media/marketing professionals, developing bench strength within the organization.

Client Relationship:

  • Establish strong, actionable relationships with key client executives to cultivate a broader sphere of influence for UM
  • Advise senior client management and work as an objective insider and media liaison/advocate

Co-Ordination and Integration:

  • Ensure a coordinated and integrated strategy product into overall Initiatve product

Foster/drive a highly collaborative approach across all Initiative functions.
