Job Summary
The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store performance, with a strong focus on sales monitoring, inventory control, and operational reporting. This role ensures that store processes are properly implemented, data is accurately tracked, and operational efficiency is maintained through effective coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor store sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Prepare, analyze, and maintain sales, inventory, and operational reports
- Oversee stock levels, reorder points, and inventory accuracy
- Identify discrepancies, wastage, and operational issues, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure proper implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and systems
- Coordinate with Operations, Accounting, and Store Team for seamless execution of processes
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for monitoring and reporting purposes
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of store operations and inventory management
- Familiarity with report preparation and data tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Highly organized and systematic in work approach
- Experience in retail or food & beverage (F&B) operations is an advantage
- Background in reporting, data analysis, or inventory monitoring is preferred
