About the role

As a full-time Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail locations in Metro Manila. What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the work of retail associates to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to meet customer demand
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain store standards
- Manage the scheduling and training of retail associates
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute sales and merchandising strategies
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to retail associates
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and data analysis
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of retail best practices and industry trends
- Willing to be assigned in Gateway Cubao, EVER Gotesco, Market - Market, Robinsons Magnolia
