About the role

As a full-time Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail locations in Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of retail associates to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service
2. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to meet customer demand
3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
4. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain store standards
5. Manage the scheduling and training of retail associates
6. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and execute sales and merchandising strategies
7. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to retail associates
8. Maintain a safe and organized store environment

What we're looking for

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
2. Strong leadership and team management skills
3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
4. Proficient in inventory management and data analysis
5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
6. Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
7. Knowledge of retail best practices and industry trends
8. Willing to be assigned in  Gateway Cubao, EVER Gotesco, Market - Market, Robinsons Magnolia
