Job Description

Job Title: Store Supervisor

Location: Ground Floor Greenbelt 5, Legaspi St., Makati City

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Bakery store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team effectively, ensuring that the store operates efficiently, and maintaining high cleanliness and efficiency standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bakery store to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
  • Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage inventory levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and minimize waste.
  • Monitor sales, control costs, and assist with basic accounting and cash handling procedures.
  • Ensure proper handling of cash registers, daily sales reports, and end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Implement promotional activities and support marketing initiatives to drive sales.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines consistently.
  • Coordinate with management on operational improvements and business goals.
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report maintenance issues promptly.

Job Qualification

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant Field.
  • With At Least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a fine dining restaurant, bakery chain or as a general manager of a fast food restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic accounting principles.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
