Job Title: Store Supervisor
Location: Ground Floor Greenbelt 5, Legaspi St., Makati City
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of Bakery store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, managing a team effectively, ensuring that the store operates efficiently, and maintaining high cleanliness and efficiency standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bakery store to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Schedule staff shifts, manage attendance, and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct evaluations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, receive deliveries, and minimize waste.
- Monitor sales, control costs, and assist with basic accounting and cash handling procedures.
- Ensure proper handling of cash registers, daily sales reports, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Implement promotional activities and support marketing initiatives to drive sales.
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines consistently.
- Coordinate with management on operational improvements and business goals.
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report maintenance issues promptly.
Job Qualification
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant Field.
- With At Least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a fine dining restaurant, bakery chain or as a general manager of a fast food restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and basic accounting principles.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
