San-Yang Intertrade Corporation with a head office address at 12 Mars St. E and E Compound, F. Santiago, Parada Valenzuela City is the principal importer and distributor of laminate furniture in the Philippines today. It started as AAA Commercial in 1996 that sells mini closets and small plastics drawers. Having benefitted from the plastic boom in the late 90's AAA Commercial Broke new ground and imported collapsible furniture from Malaysia and Shanghai.

The distribution of collapsible furniture that ranged from small cabinets, bookshelves and wardrobe cabinets proved to be a success. Over a period of time, more collections were brought into the country and the brand San-Yang Furniture by AAA Commercial slowly carved its niche in the furniture industry. In June 2001, AAA Commercial was re-structured and decided to adopt its popular brand as its new corporate name.

Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Biñan, Laguna, involves supervising and managing store operations at Furniture Republic Southwoods. The Store Supervisor will oversee daily activities, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring smooth store operations. Responsibilities include fostering excellent customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction, motivating team members, and meeting sales targets. You will play a key role in maintaining store organization, addressing customer inquiries, and implementing operational standards to ensure business success.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be college level, vocational or high-school graduate
• With experience in the same field or any related job is preferred but not required
• Must be physically fit
• With pleasing personality
• Candidate must be willing to start immediately
• Can provide good customer service/ assistance
• Willing to assemble furniture's
• No visible tattoo
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
