Role Description:

The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, performance supervision, and ensuring adherence to company policies and visual merchandising standards. This role is responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, managing cash handling procedures, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The Store Manager ensures excellent customer service, addresses customer inquiries and concerns, and fosters a welcoming environment that aligns with Vision Express Philippines brand and service standards. The role also involves training and coaching team members, tracking store KPIs, and collaborating with regional leadership on promotional activities and operational improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to create positive in-store experiences.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging customers, guiding team members, and coordinating with management.
• Proven Store Management experience in retail, including staff supervision, sales management, and operational oversight.
• Previous experience in optical, healthcare, or fashion retail is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in basic computer and POS systems.
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
