Store Manager 1 (Assistant Manager)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure to achieve daily sales targets.
• Implements store plans and programs based on approved timelines.
• Proper execution of Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs and other sales-generating activities.
• Prepare and submit store reports based on specified requirements.
• Co-facilitate general monthly meetings with or on behalf of immediate superior.
• Assure compliance and proper dissemination of important operational-related information to subordinates.
• Prepare appropriate documentation and implement proper coordination during store closure and renovation
• Ensure immediate cascade and application in the work setting of the attended training program. · Monitor and ensure food safety and cleanliness of the store

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or any related course.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Fast Food, or Food & Beverage industry.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience handling store operations, customer service, cash management, inventory, and manpower scheduling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Must be willing to be assigned in San Fernando, La Union
