We are looking for a results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to support high-volume hiring requirements by sourcing, screening, and endorsing qualified candidates for healthcare roles. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in utilizing multiple job boards and sourcing channels, with a strong ability to assess candidate fit and deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare roles (sourcing, screening, and endorsement)
- Source candidates using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) and other recruitment tools
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and role fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Track candidate progress using ATS and recruitment tools
- Ensure timely candidate endorsements while maintaining quality standards
- Meet recruitment KPIs (fill rate, SLA, time-to-fill)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of healthcare recruiting experience (offshore)
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
- Strong candidate screening and evaluation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a VMS (Vendor Management System) environment
- Experience recruiting for Clinical R&D roles
- Existing network of healthcare candidates
