This is a full-time hybrid role based in Taguig with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for healthcare roles. This position requires managing client relationships, preparing job descriptions, and ensuring high standards of customer service. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and deliver exceptional candidates who meet their requirements.

• Hands-on experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting processes
• Strong expertise in Hiring and Customer Service to ensure a seamless candidate and client experience
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and candidates
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools preferred
• Familiarity with the US healthcare industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
