The HR Manager – Talent Acquisition leads the strategic direction and operational delivery of recruitment across The Aivee Group. This role is accountable for building a strong talent pipeline, elevating employer branding, and ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience that reflects the company's premium positioning.
The role serves as a key business partner to leadership, driving workforce planning, market intelligence, and data-driven hiring decisions to support organizational growth.
Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Design and execute a forward-looking talent acquisition strategy aligned with business expansion and workforce plans
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive insights
- Establish hiring forecasts, capacity planning, and succession pipelines for critical roles
End-to-End Recruitment Excellence
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for corporate, clinical, and leadership roles
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality hires within agreed timelines
- Drive a structured, competency-based selection process across all levels
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets and service excellence
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and instill accountability within the team
- Build a high-performing, agile recruitment function
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Strengthen and position The Aivee Group as an employer of choice across digital and offline platforms
- Champion a best-in-class candidate journey, ensuring professionalism, responsiveness, and brand alignment
- Oversee recruitment marketing, partnerships, and talent community engagement
Process Optimization & Governance
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and workflows for efficiency and scalability
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies
- Maintain integrity of recruitment data, dashboards, and reporting
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Collaborate closely with department heads to align hiring with operational needs
- Manage expectations and provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges
- Influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and structured recommendations
