Job Title: Nurse Program Coordinator
Position Summary
Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring health programs focused on Mental Health, Community Preventive Medicine, Health Promotion, and Tuberculosis (TB) Control. Works closely with dioceses, parishes, Catholic health facilities, and partner organizations to promote holistic care, especially for underserved communities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in program planning, development, and implementation
Coordinate trainings, workshops, and community health activities
Support mental health awareness and psychosocial programs
Implement health promotion and preventive health initiatives
Assist in TB prevention, case finding, and treatment support
Monitor programs and prepare reports
Build partnerships with DOH, NGOs, and Church-based groups
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience or training in public/community health, mental health, or TB programs is an advantage
