Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SSO Engineer to support the design, implementation, and operation of enterprise authentication and authorization services. This role is ideal for engineers who have foundational experience in identity technologies and are looking to grow their expertise in a fast-paced, multi-cloud environment.
As part of a cross-functional team, you will contribute to delivering secure, scalable, and reliable access solutions while gaining exposure to modern identity platforms and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and supporting enterprise access management solutions including SSO, MFA, and directory integrations
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate authentication solutions with applications and services
- Support configuration and maintenance of identity of identity platform integrations- Troubleshoot authentication and authorization issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Participate in security reviews and remediation activities to ensure compliance with best practices
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing for operational support
- Assist in incident response and operational support for identity-related issues
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency
- Learn and apply emerging identity technologies and standards
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in IAM, SSO, or related engineering roles
- Basic understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP)
- Familiarity with identity providers and directory services (Azure AD, Active Directory, etc.)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar) is a plus
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex issues
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
