Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. - Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure App Service. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. - Experience in application deployment and management in Azure environments. - Familiarity with API integration and development. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure App Service. - This position is based at our Manila office.
