Job Description:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
You'll be responsible for maintaining and providing continual service improvements across a wide range of already implemented ServiceNow modules, including, but not limited to: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, Agile Development, Discovery, Software Asset Management, Security Operations, Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams from all regions of the world you'll gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Primary responsibilities:
. Work with product owner/stakeholders to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes and meet business requirements
. Participate and/or lead in architecture and design decisions
. Mentor, peer review, and support other developers
. Document and maintain functional business requirements, process flows and business use cases
. Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems
. Design, create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts and ACLs including advanced scripting of each
.
. Design, update, and configure Service Portal / Employee Center layouts, widgets and menus
. Design, create and configure Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow as needed
. Perform operational administrative tasks, as needed
. Assist with report configuration and maintenance, as needed
Requirements/Qualifications:
. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development of the three or more of the modules listed above
. Experience working in an Agile environment
. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
. Possess an in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting
. Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow development best-practice processes, procedures, and governance
Nice to have:
. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in one or more of the above modules
. Experience with migration from Service Portal to Employee Center
. Experience with ServiceNow AI implementation
. Experience with Virtual Agent conversations and integrations
