The role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Sr. Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across multiple functional areas. The role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute operational priorities on the ground, driving performance, compliance, and continuous improvement within a complex, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping operational strategy, optimizing processes and infrastructure, and ensuring consistent delivery of key performance outcomes across service, quality, customer experience, and compliance metrics. This position also carries responsibility for building and strengthening operational capability within the team through structured talent development and leadership.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full spectrum of operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across all functions.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage operational and tactical risks, providing clear mitigation strategies and executive-level recommendations.
- Direct day-to-day operations while balancing multiple business priorities, including business analysis, vendor coordination, and risk governance.
- Drive long-term operational planning, performance tracking, project governance, and the implementation of structured change management and control processes.
- Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs and operational targets, including service levels, customer experience standards, quality benchmarks, and compliance requirements.
- Develop and strengthen operational talent by enhancing internal team capabilities, partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition to support hiring, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Foster a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and recognizing key talent within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment between operational execution and business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, combined with substantial relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, preferably within multinational organizations or global in-house delivery environments.
- Experience in handling healthcare insurance account is a must
- Demonstrated experience in senior-level Operations Management roles with end-to-end accountability for operational performance.
- Strong strategic thinking ability with a proven track record of translating strategy into effective operational execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and developing high-performing talent.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive business and operational matters.
