Our client in the healthcare space is searching for a Senior Talent Management Manager who will head the overall Talent Management and Organization Development functions across PH locations. The leader will manage a team in driving the strategic priorities of the organization.
• Work on building the overall talent strategy & framework for organizations across diverse businesses and functions.
• Work on multiple OD initiatives as found necessary by the organization.
• Lead succession management process and operationalize it through rigor in cadence with Senior Leadership.
• Design and deploy OD initiatives from time to time.
• Manage large-scale talent initiatives successfully, excel in change management, and create impactful collaboration with multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
• Drive large-scale OD solutions including design and deliver of L&D Strategy for the organization in partnership with leadership.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field required
• Master's degree in HR/Psychology preferred
• 15+ years of experience in Human Resources with a specialization in the areas of Talent Management, Organization Development, Change Management, Project Management, and Business & HR acumen.
• Exposed to systems and technologies such as Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Proven Leadership capability in a highly matrixed international environment (BPO, Shared Services, Healthcare Services)

• Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
• Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English.
• Project management and execution skills.
• High Ethical standards and a role model leader.

• Hybrid – 2-3x onsite per week
