Sr. Manager for Talent Management
This role will lead the overall Talent Management and Organization Development functions. This leader will have a team of people working on the above agenda driving the strategic priorities of the organization.
- Will work on building the overall talent strategy & framework for Organizations across diverse businesses and functions.
- Will work on multiple OD initiatives as found necessary by the organization.
- Will lead succession management process and operationalize it through rigor in cadence with Sr. Leadership.
- Will design and deploy OD initiatives from time to time.
- Will program manage large scale talent initiatives successfully, effective in change management and will collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
- Will be responsible to drive large scale OD solutions including design and deliver of I&D Strategy for the Organization in partnership with leadership.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, in Human Resources or related field. Master's degree in HR/Psychology. 15+ years of experience in handling associate issues, investigation and resolution. Driving the organization development initiatives.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proven Leadership capability in a highly matrixed international environment. Strong business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking and analysis.
- Strong communication skills; excellent spoken and written English.
- Project management and execution skills. High Ethical standards and a role model leader.
